This policy explains how the game Stack Drop ("the app"), published by SUMAR_TECH ("we"), handles information. It covers the Android app and the browser version at wapas.me/play.
You don't need an account to play, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number. Your game progress (scores, coins, settings, rewards) is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear the browser's site data.
If you open a partner restaurant's link (for example by scanning a table QR code), the app talks to wapas.me, the loyalty platform that restaurant uses, so it can run its challenges. It sends:
This is used only to verify runs, limit tries, issue rewards and prevent abuse. If you choose to save a reward to the restaurant's loyalty card, you do that on wapas.me, which asks for your phone number under its own terms.
The Android app shows ads through Google AdMob. The browser version shows no ads. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device model, operating system, and interactions with ads. Google's use of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy options. On Android you can also reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Data sent by the app travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
