Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Their card opens in their phone's browser after they scan your QR code, and they can add it to their home screen like an app.
How do stamps work?
The customer taps Collect stamp and shows a 4-digit code. Your staff confirm it on the counter screen, and the stamp appears on their card straight away. Codes expire after 5 minutes, so they can't be reused.
How much does it cost?

Can my staff use it without my password?
Yes. Add each staff member with their own PIN. They sign in at your restaurant's staff link and only see the counter screen.
What if a customer gets a new phone?
Their card belongs to their phone number. They scan your QR code again and enter the same number, and their stamps are there.
Can I message customers on WhatsApp?
